As the President of PPM Music, Brandon Howard, known artistically as B. Howard, brings a wealth of experience and an illustrious track record to the role. Howard’s journey in the music industry began with a breakout placement on Ginuwine’s 2003 single “Love You More,” which reached #23 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. This set the stage for a career highlighted by chart-topping collaborations with a roster of A-listers, including Ne-Yo, Jason Derulo, Vanessa Hudgens, and many more, showcasing his breadth of talent in production and songwriting.

His solo ventures are equally impressive, having produced and featured on the homage to Nelson Mandela “Ke Nako,” leading to a deal with Universal Music Japan. His debut album “Genesis” spun hits like “Super Model” and “Dancefloor,” earning him top spots on MTV Japan and the endearing moniker “Prince of Pop.” The single “Don’t Say You Love Me” added to his accolades, hitting #11 on Billboard’s Top Dance charts.

With three years of business management experience at the prestigious firm NKSFB, Matthew Weiss has honed his expertise in managing business operations, leading teams, and implementing strategic corporate initiatives to heighten organizational effectiveness. In consulting with B. Howard and PPM Music, Weiss brings his deep understanding of artist management within the music industry to the forefront. He is adept at guiding artists’ careers, adeptly managing contracts, and strategically advising on professional opportunities that resonate with their unique artistic identity and ambitions. Weiss’s proficiency extends to the meticulous realm of royalty collection and financial oversight. He navigates the intricate royalty systems with precision, ensuring artists receive the compensation they are due, promptly and accurately. His vigilance in monitoring financial activities and maintaining stringent budget control exemplifies his commitment to fiscal stewardship. At PPM Music, Weiss applies his financial acumen to develop.

Juan Munoz, as a Management and Label Services Executive at PPM Music, brings his extensive industry knowledge, strategic vision, and a proven track record of nurturing talent and expanding artistic brands. His experience includes working for top-tier record labels like Sony, IGA, UMG, and RN. He is also the founder of NSR, with a roster of top talent such as Otti and RMB Justize. Additionally, Munoz has expanded by incorporating Night Stone Games, showcasing his commitment to fostering artistic expression across various media. His dedication to PPM Music and its artists, particularly B. Howard, is evident through his unwavering support and innovative approach to every project, ensuring they reach their fullest potential and make a significant impact on the global music scene.

Stefani Samac is a dynamic and multifaceted professional with a rich background in the arts and entrepreneurship. Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, she developed a passion for hip-hop and drama from a young age. She honed her acting skills at Screen Actors Australia for 10 years, performing on live stages and working with renowned Australian actors and directors such as Sarah Hallam and Samuel Johnson.

In her current role as a Marketing Executive for PPM MUSIC, Stefani leverages her extensive experience in the entertainment industry to drive innovative marketing campaigns. Her strategic vision and creative expertise have significantly increased brand visibility and engagement, making her an invaluable asset to the PPM MUSIC team. Stefani’s ability to connect with diverse audiences and her deep understanding of market trends have been instrumental in her success, ensuring that PPM MUSIC remains at the forefront of the industry.

Chief Social Media Manager

Lyndsay Mullen is a dynamic social media influencer and content creator, bringing her expertise to PPM Music as the Chief Social Media Manager. With a significant presence on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, Lyndsay shares her passion for cooking, dancing, acting, and life, captivating audiences worldwide.

Her TikTok account boasts over 105,000 followers and 1.4 million likes, featuring short, creative videos that highlight her passions, love for music, and exceptional video editing skills. Through her engaging and approachable style, Lyndsay has built a loyal community of fans who eagerly consume her diverse content. At PPM Music, she manages social media for all artists, leveraging her ability to connect with audiences and drive social media engagement, enhancing the company’s digital footprint and brand presence.

With a storied career of influence and success, Qadree El-Amin’s contributions to the music industry are extensive, having managed an array of global superstars such as Boyz II Men, Michael Jackson, Vanessa Williams, Janet Jackson, Teddy Riley & Blackstreet, Deborah Cox, and Lou Bega. His impact resonates through his leadership role at Southpaw Entertainment Company, where his guidance has been invaluable. Now at PPM Music, El-Amin brings his vast experience and prestige to the table, consulting with the dynamic B. Howard to amplify the label’s mission. His established relationships with industry titans like Clive Davis, L.A. Reid, Jimmy Iovine, and Tommy Mottola, enrich the strategic direction and networking opportunities available to PPM Music’s artists. El-Amin’s legendary Midas touch—responsible for over 100 million music CDs sold—continues to influence the company’s direction, ensuring a blend of commercial success and creative foresight. His contribution to PPM Music is not just about managing talent; it’s about fostering a legacy of excellence and groundbreaking achievement in the music world.

Project Manager

We’re excited to welcome Amal as our incoming Project Manager at PPM Music this July! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Masters in Management from Cornell University, an Ivy League institution. Amal brings a wealth of experience from the financial and venture capital sectors, along with her leadership in managing a social startup focused on ESG initiatives. Fluent in German, Arabic, Amazigh, and English, Amal is an effective communicator and strategic thinker. Her expertise in AI modeling and analytics is evidenced by her successful development of her own AI model in a recent project. We’re thrilled to have her join our team to drive innovative solutions and impactful results.
