Mike Mani
Mike Mani is a Grammy Award-winning composer and record producer, renowned for his classical training as a pianist and his collaborations with top artists like Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and Santana. Based in Los Angeles, Mani serves as PPM Music’s Studio Manager, where he oversees studio activities and continues to produce and compose for major projects. Although not officially signed with PPM Music, Mani is a key collaborator and strong supporter of B. Howard’s work, contributing his expertise to various projects within the label.

David Nguyen
Currently serving as the Artist Development/Consultant and Studio Partner at PPM Music, David has been instrumental in the company’s growth and expansion. He has been working alongside B. Howard
since 2017, contributing significantly to the studio and career expansions throughout Europe, including Amsterdam, and guiding it through various publishing acquisitions.
David’s journey in the music industry began with his work on the street/promo team at Yab Yum Records, a company founded by Babyface and Tracy Edmonds. At Yab Yum, he promoted artists such as Jon B, Beverly, and 3rd Storee, gaining valuable experience in artist development and promotional strategies.

Michael Gorman, or Mikey as he’s known, is a New York native and a standout entrepreneur in the music and entertainment industry. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Media Analysis and a Minor in Music from Arizona State University (2018), Mikey has carved a niche in talent management, connecting talents from New York to Los Angeles. At PPM Music Studios, Mikey leverages his vast experience and passion for music to drive innovation and success. We’re excited to welcome Amal as our incoming Project Manager at PPM Music this July! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Masters in Management from Cornell University, an Ivy League institution. Amal brings a wealth of experience from the financial and venture capital sectors, along with her leadership in managing a social startup focused on ESG initiatives. Fluent in German, Arabic, Amazigh, and English, Amal is an effective communicator and strategic thinker. Her expertise in AI modeling and analytics is evidenced by her successful development of her own AI model in a recent project. Adam Cook, a seasoned Film Producer, Director, and Editor at PPM Music, began his journey in the entertainment industry as a child actor in 1989 and expanded his expertise to producing and video editing by 1997. After a notable service in the United States Air Force, where he received numerous commendations, Adam was honorably discharged in 2001 and returned to his roots in the entertainment world.
Over the years, Adam worked as a freelance producer and editor on various films and television shows. He discovered a niche in developing and creating reality shows, leading him to establish POSTModern Productions in 2006, which was incorporated in 2009 as POSTModern Productions, Inc. The company, based at Raleigh Studios in Los Angeles with satellite offices in the Philippines and India, specialized in creating and developing reality shows, managing every phase from concept to post-production. POSTModern saw success with shows like “Street Legal” (MTV), “Find ME” (We), and “The Reinhardt’s with Perris Hilton” (E!).
Adam’s contributions extended beyond reality TV, as POSTModern was instrumental in designing post-production workflows and transforming networks like WCSN into HD broadcasters for NBC/Universal. The company also produced notable projects, including the award-winning film “Underbelly Blues,” “2 Dudes and A Dream” with Jason Mewes and Andy Milonakis, and the TV series “Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman.
Transitioning from a service-based company, POSTModern Productions began focusing on
developing its own projects, pitching and licensing unique reality series, and leveraging
extensive industry relationships to create original programming.

He then expanded his portfolio by working on a number of independent film projects and music videos, demonstrating his versatility and deep understanding of the entertainment industry.
In addition to his film work, Araz has made significant strides in the tech world. As the founder of the E-gree app, he revolutionized the legal tech space by simplifying the process of creating and managing legal agreements. His innovative approach has empowered both individuals and businesses, making legal processes more accessible and user-friendly.
Araz is also the visionary behind VR Box, a company pioneering advancements in virtual reality. Under his leadership, VR Box has developed cutting-edge VR experiences that are transforming how we engage with digital content, whether in gaming, education, or beyond.

Lucas de la Torre is a multifaceted VFX artist, filmmaker, and photographer, currently serving as a key creative contributor at PPM Music. With an impressive background in visual effects, Lucas has lent his expertise to some of the biggest blockbuster films and visually stunning music videos in the entertainment industry.

Anthony "Kaotic" Martinez
Recording / Mixing Engineer
Anthony Martinez, also known as KAOTIC, embarked on his musical journey at the age of 23. He honed his craft at the Art Institute of Hollywood under the mentorship of David “Doc” Goldstein and Joe Barrera. Drawing from their expertise, he expanded his skills at NRG, immersing himself in recording and mixing techniques. KAOTIC seized every opportunity to learn, collaborating with artists such as Master P, T Pain, Ray J, Lil Uzi Vert, and YK Osiris.
His time at NRG provided invaluable experience, including working with Ray J and gaining insight into both the music and television industries. Transitioning to collaboration with B. Howard, a
prominent producer, songwriter, and artist, KAOTIC further refined his abilities. He began recording sessions for artists and eventually assisted in running B. Howard’s studio, PPM Studios (West).
KAOTIC is driven by a vision to actualize the creative visions of artists through his learned skills and experiences.
Jemell "Kilo" Moore
Recording Engineer / In-Studio Songwritter
Jemell “Kilo” Moore is a highly skilled recording engineer and studio producer/writer at PPM Studio (West), brought on by B. Howard. Jemell’s dynamic vocal skills and intense passion for performing, writing, and producing have placed him at the forefront of modern urban music. Since 1993, Jemell has been a key figure in the performance arts troupe MWAH!, achieving repeated touring success. His extensive experience includes working on PPM Music projects with emerging talents in Chicago and Los Angeles, making him an invaluable asset as a producer, writer, and composer for both major and indie labels internationally. Jemell’s proficiency extends to writing and performing for prominent companies like Leo Burnett, Coca-Cola, Bacardi, and Kraft. His relentless dedication has seen him collaborate with notable entertainers such as Kel Mitchell, Cap 1, Freddie Rodriguez, Aaliyah, Rhyme Fest, and Michael Jackson. At PPM Studio (West), Jemell continues to expand his musical expertise, training vocalists and teaching production to up-and-coming artists. His contributions to PPM Music and his commitment to artistic excellence make him a valuable asset in the music industry.
Emily "EP" Paalman

Emily “EP” Paalman is an engineer at PPM Studios (West). With a strong background in songwriting and engineering, coupled with technical expertise in music production, EP was discovered by Tim Herndon at The Village Studios. From there, she quickly established herself as a skilled professional in the industry.
At PPM Studios (West), EP’s meticulous engineering skills and innovative songwriting abilities have significantly contributed to the studio’s success. She has collaborated with renowned artists such as Rick Nowels with Andrea Bocelli, Liam Payne, Steve Genowick with Stevie Wonder,
Cory Henry of Snarky Puppy, Ela Melo of Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Claire Rosinkranz, and DJ Khalil. Her dedication to her craft and innovative approach continue to drive her forward in the music industry.
Daniel "Headknod" Manteca

Daniel “Headknod” Manteca is an Audio Engineer and Producer from Chicago with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous talented individuals and projects, showcasing his versatility and technical expertise across various genres.
Daniel’s expertise spans the design, implementation, and optimization of audio systems across a diverse range of applications, including live sound reinforcement, studio recording, broadcast, and acoustic consulting. His deep understanding of audio technologies and acoustics has allowed him to play a pivotal role in enhancing sound quality and spatial distribution for major concert venues and in collaborating with renowned artists.
After honing his skills in various settings, Daniel joined PPM Studios (West), where he began
working alongside B. Howard, contributing his engineering and production skills to a variety of
high-profile projects. His technical prowess extends to troubleshooting complex audio issues and providing innovative solutions that enhance audio fidelity and user experience.
Daniel continually refines his skills in audio networking protocols, immersive audio formats, and emerging technologies such as spatial audio rendering and virtual acoustics. He holds an Associate’s degree in Audio Engineering from the Los Angeles Recording School.
